These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern your participation as an affiliate in the Amor Beautée Amor Rozgaar Program. By signing up, you agree to these T&Cs, which form a binding agreement between you and Amor Beautée.
1.1. Eligibility:
• You must be at least 18 years old to join the program.
• You must reside in Pakistan or have a valid Pakistani bank account/Easypaisa/JazzCash account for commission payouts.
• You must agree to all terms outlined in this document, including the Code of Conduct, Policies, and Guidelines.
1.2. Program Structure & Commissions:
The Amor Rozgaar program operates on a multi-level commission structure. For every sale generated through your unique affiliate link or your downline:
• Total Sale Commission: 17.5% - This percentage of the total sale value will be distributed across three levels.
• Level 1 Commission: 10% - Earned when you, as the direct affiliate, make a sale.
• Level 2 Commission: 5% - Earned when an affiliate you recruited (your Level 1 downline) makes a sale.
• Level 3 Commission: 2.5% - Earned when an affiliate recruited by your Level 1 downline (your Level 2 downline) makes a sale.
1.3. Payouts:
• Commissions will be calculated on confirmed sales (after returns/cancellations).
• Payouts will be processed monthly/bi-weekly (or as per agreed schedule) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within Pakistan.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply and will be communicated through your affiliate dashboard.
• It is your responsibility to ensure correct payout details are provided. Amor Beautée will not be liable for delayed or lost payments due to incorrect information.
1.4. Affiliate Links & Tracking:
• Upon approval, you will receive unique, trackable affiliate links.
• Commissions are tracked via these links. It is your responsibility to ensure your links are correctly implemented and used.
• Amor Beautée reserves the right to withhold commissions if suspicious activity or fraudulent methods are detected.
1.5. Marketing & Promotion:
• All promotional activities must adhere strictly to the Amor Beautée Digital Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
• You are responsible for the content you create. All claims about products must be accurate and truthful.
• Spamming, unsolicited emails, or any form of deceptive marketing is strictly prohibited.
1.6. Termination:
• Amor Beautée reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Amor Rozgaar Program at any time for breach of these T&Cs, fraud, or conduct detrimental to the brand's reputation, without prior notice.
• You may terminate your participation by providing written notice to Amor Beautée.
• Upon termination, any unpaid, legitimate commissions earned prior to the termination date will be processed, subject to standard payout terms and deductions for any outstanding obligations or violations.
1.7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Amor Beautée provides the Amor Rozgaar Affiliate Program "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program's operation, website availability, or the accuracy of tracking.
1.8. Limitation of Liability:
Amor Beautée will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Amor Rozgaar Program.
1.9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
