This policy outlines the conditions under which sales and corresponding commissions earned through the Amor Beautée Amor Rozgaar Affiliate Program may be negated, reversed, or adjusted. This policy is crucial to maintain fairness, prevent fraud, and ensure the integrity of our commission system.
Conditions for Negation:
• Product Returns & Refunds: If a customer returns a product purchased through an affiliate link, and a refund is issued, the commission associated with that sale will be negated or deducted from the affiliate's pending or future payouts.
• Order Cancellations: If a customer cancels an order before shipment or delivery, the commission for that order will be negated.
• Chargebacks: If a credit card chargeback occurs for a transaction that generated a commission, the commission will be negated.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any sale identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or generated through illegal means (e.g., stolen credit cards, bot traffic, fake orders) will result in immediate negation of the commission. Repeated instances may lead to program termination.
• Violation of Terms & Guidelines: Sales generated in violation of the Amor Rozgaar Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, or Digital Guidelines (e.g., unauthorized coupon usage, trademark infringement, false advertising) may be subject to commission negation.
• Duplicate/Invalid Transactions: Commissions will be negated for duplicate orders or orders that are deemed invalid due to technical errors, incomplete data, or other system anomalies.
• Unpaid Orders: For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, if the customer refuses delivery or fails to make payment, the commission for that order will be negated.
Process of Negation:
• Negations will be reflected in your affiliate dashboard.
• If a commission has already been paid out, the negated amount will be deducted from your next payout. If no future payouts are anticipated, Amor Beautée reserves the right to request the return of the negated funds.
• Affiliates will be notified of negated commissions, with reasons provided.
Dispute Resolution:
• Affiliates have the right to dispute a negated commission within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7-14 days from notification).
• All disputes must be submitted in writing, providing relevant details and evidence.
• Amor Beautée will review the dispute and make a final decision, which will be communicated to the affiliate.
